Requirements:
·        Must have a High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
·        Must have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
·        Must possess Strong verbal and written communication skills
·        Must be proficient in Microsoft office, and Internet use.
·        Detail oriented focus on accuracy.
·        Must be able to receive inquiries from assigned accounts and customers after normal
business hours.
·        Must have initiative and the desire to learn
